After sitting out the 2023 season, Hanika was the first to announce his plans to enter the transfer portal. Hanika was the starting tight end for the Cyclones, but gambling allegations forced him to sit out for the 2023 campaign. Having collected and combined a clean dataset, I was keen to check if the dataset was prepared to meet the assumption of most models that the predictor columns have a Gaussian normal distribution. I filtered a dataset that consists of only attacking players and then looked at the distribution of certain predictor features that could be used to predict attackers??? transfer values. The visual below shows us how the features are distributed: Jack Harrison's return to Everton has been confirmed. The winger was a key player under Sean Dyche while on loan from Leeds United last season, making 29 appearances and scoring three goals. His parent club's failure to secure promotion from the Championship triggered a clause in his contract allowing him to leave again for top flight football. |
