Once you complete your course, an application fee of $50 must be submitted alongside your license application to the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. You8217;ll need to show proof of having successfully completed the 90 hours of real estate education from a school that8217;s been approved by the commission. The commission will send you a letter confirming your eligibility to schedule an appointment with PSI???the test vendor responsible for administering the exam. The exam fee is $88. DOWNLOAD There are 125 scored questions (75 national and 50 state law), and 5-10 pre-test questions that do not affect your score. There is no distinction made between scored questions and pre-test questions on the exam. They are all mixed in together, so it is important that you answer each question carefully. |
