Let's give letters and numbers to rows and columns:
1) You can see that G3 and G4 may contain only 8 and 6, that means G5 and G7 can't contain 8 or 6.
2) H3, H6 and H9 contains 1, 6 or 8. That means H5 and H7 can't contain 1, 6, or 8.
3) Now you see that in row 5 the only place where you can put number 8 is A5.
After that all other cells are filled without any problem.
